It's a story about a very talented girl in drama named Maya Kitagima. When she watches a drama or a movie, on that time she can memorize the whole dialog and the actings of the players. An old woman named Mayuko found her and raise her as her student. Mayuko was a famous actress of "The Red Goddess" drama (a very difficult drama to play). Well, she's looking for a talented girl to bequathe her ability to play that drama. When she found Maya, she thought that Maya will be the chosen girl to play the drama replacing her. But then, she also found another talented girl named Ayumi who's also wanted to play that drama. The whole story is all about Maya and Ayumi's competition to get the part on the drama. It's a romantic, funny, and thriling manga.
