Shinichi Kudo, a famous High School detective keeps helping the police by succesfully solving mysterious and difficult cases. Once, he saw 2 men wearing black suits looked suspicious. And so he followed them to see what are they doing. They black-mailed someone who sell illegal weapons, by telling him to pay them much to close their mouth. Shinichi took some of their photos, incase he or the police wanted to find out who are them. But one of those black-suit-men knew that Shinichi was hiding to take their picture. He hit Shinichi till he got fainted and drank him a potion that made Shinichi's body turned into a small boy! The police found the small boy (Shinichi) in the bushes and took him with them to the police-station. When Shinichi woke up, he was suprised that he shrank that much and to find out that he's in the police station. He tried to tell the police that he is a high-school student. But of course, who would believe what a small boy trying to say? He escaped from the police station and he ran into his neighbour's house, Professor Agasa. He told Professor Agasa that he is Shinichi Kudo. Professor Agasa (after Shinichi's looong explanation) finally believe that the small boy IS Shinichi Kudo. Ran Mouri, Shinichi's girlfriend, stopped by at Professor Agasa's house and asked him whereabout is Shinichi. Professor Agasa told her that he knew nothing about Shinichi. Ran Mouri accidently found the small boy (Shinichi) who's hiding under the desk, and asked him who's his name. Shinichi was really shocked, and since he didn't think of any name, he told Ran that his name is Conan Edogawa. Ran asked Professor's permission to let Conan stay in her house, and the Professor let her. Since Conan stayed at Ran's house, he helped Ran's father (Detective Kogoro Mouri) solve many cases. This manga is sooooooo COOL! I'm sure you'll love it!
